Malaysia, Ullambana Festival Offering by SSSGC Muar

On 7^th September 2025, Sri Sathya Sai Global Association of Malaysia (SSSGAM) Muar held its annual Ullambana Festival, in observance of the 7^th Chinese Lunar Month, a sacred time in Buddhist tradition dedicated to honoring ancestors and repaying the kindness of parents from both this life and past lives. The spiritual gathering was graced by Reverend Shi Kong He and two of her devoted disciples, who led the congregation in the chanting of the Kṣitigarbha Bodhisattva Sutra. The mantra, embodies the profound virtues of gratitude, filial devotion, and liberation. With a deep sense of reverence, 24 devotees gathered in unity and devotion to express gratitude, filial devotion, and remembrance of departed loved ones. The atmosphere was imbued with serenity and spiritual depth.
