Malaysia, St. Anne’s Feast Blood Donation Drive 2026 by SSSGC Perai, Bukit Mertajam & Alma

With the Divine Grace and Blessings of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, members of Sri Sathya Sai Global Association Malaysia (SSSGAM) – Perai, Bukit Mertajam & Alma Centres had the blessed opportunity to participate in the St. Anne’s Feast Blood Donation Drive 2026, held at St. Anne’s Church Parish Centre, Bukit Mertajam, on 25th and 26th July 2026.

The two-day blood donation drive brought together the community in a beautiful spirit of compassion, unity and selfless service. A total of 25 dedicated Sevadals served across three shifts throughout the event, offering their time and energy to support the successful organisation of the drive.

The response from the community was truly heartening. 258 donors came forward, resulting in an impressive 169 successful blood donations. This achievement holds special significance, as the average collection over the past five years had been approximately 130 units. Through the overwhelming response of the community and the collective efforts of all involved, this year's drive surpassed that average, bringing hope and potentially saving many lives.

SSSGAM extends its heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to:

This blood donation drive beautifully demonstrated that service transcends boundaries of faith, community and background. When hearts unite in the spirit of love and compassion, even a simple act such as donating blood can become a powerful expression of humanity.
