2023 BUDDHA POORNIMA CELEBRATION AT PRASANTHI NILAYAM

Buddha Poornima is one of the most sacred festivals in the Buddhist calendar. It celebrates three important events in the Buddha’s life: birth, enlightenment, and final mergence (parinirvana). It occurs on the full moon day in the fourth lunar month of Vaisakha.
Once again members of Sri Sathya Sai Global Council (SSSGC) will be celebrating this joyous occasion at the Abode of Supreme Peace, Prasanthi Nilayam on 4th and 5th May 2023 with the theme " Recognising Buddha Nature Within Us".
