Indonesia, SSSGC Indonesia Centres Celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi in Devotion and Unity

Ganesh Chaturthi, the sacred Hindu festival celebrating the birth of Lord Ganesha, the revered deity of wisdom and the remover of obstacles, was celebrated with devotion and joy on Monday, 14 September 2026, across three SSSGC centres in Indonesia, namely Sai Anandam in Denpasar, Bali, Sai Centre Dago in Bandung and Sai Centre Jelita in Bandung.

Although the celebrations were held in two different cities at different times and featured programmes unique to each centre, devotees were united through common spiritual practices including Rudram chanting, Sai Bhajans and Mangala Aarti.

The celebrations were marked by an atmosphere of devotion, joy and spiritual togetherness. The heartfelt participation of devotees reflected the deep reverence and love with which the sacred occasion was observed.

Through prayer, chanting and devotional singing, the devotees came together to celebrate the auspicious festival while strengthening the bonds of unity and spiritual fellowship among the SSSGC family in Indonesia.
