Indonesia, SSSGC Jakarta SSSE Group IV Boys Serving Humanity with Love Through Narayana Seva

The Sri Sathya Sai Educare (Balvikas) Group IV Boys from SSSGC Jakarta organised a Sociocare Narayana Seva on Friday, September 4, 2026, near the SSSGC Jakarta Sai Center.

Human values and selfless service are fundamental components of the SSSE (Balvikas) Program, where students are guided by the profound principle, “Hands That Serve Are Holier Than Lips That Pray.” Motivated by this teaching, the students embarked on a significant seva initiative, distributing 100 Seva packets to individuals, including the homeless and those in challenging circumstances in the surrounding streets. Each packet contained a meal box, a packet of biscuits, an apple, a bar of soap, bread and coffee sachets, providing essential food and personal care items to the recipients.

Through this initiative, the Group IV Boys had the opportunity to embody the values of compassion, empathy and selfless service, illustrating that true education transcends the classroom and reaches its highest form in serving humanity with love, dignity and care.
