Indonesia, SSSGC Jakarta S.M.I.L.E. Team’s 24th Anniversary Celebration in Conjunction with Indonesia’s 81st Independence Day

The S.M.I.L.E. (Serving Mankind Inspires Love Everywhere) Team of SSSGC Jakarta marked its 24th Anniversary alongside Indonesia’s 81st Independence Day on Sunday, August 30, 2026, at Sai Nath Tower, Jakarta, Indonesia, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

The celebration began with a symbolic balloon release, signifying shared aspirations, gratitude, unity and the collective journey of the S.M.I.L.E. Program. This was followed by a silent sitting session, offering a moment for quiet reflection and inner peace. Students then engaged in a series of interactive games and activities aimed at fostering human values such as perseverance, faith, joy and goal-oriented focus. The event progressed in an atmosphere of enthusiasm, sportsmanship and positive energy, bringing joy to all participants. The program concluded with a ceremonial cake-cutting session, an exciting lucky draw followed by the distribution of refreshments and commemorative gifts to the students.
