Blood Donation Drive by SSSGC Taman Daya, Malaysia

In a collaborative effort between the Sri Sathya Sai Global Association Malaysia (SSSGAM), Taman Daya Centre and Lions Club JB Centennial, a successful Blood Donation Campaign was held on the 31st March 2024 at Sutra Mall in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

The event received an overwhelming response from the community, with 93 donors registered to donate the ‘liquid love’. In addition, representatives from Sultan Ismail Hospital, Johor Bahru, were present to facilitate the donation process. Despite the significant turnout, 20 potential donors were regrettably rejected due to various medical reasons.

However, the campaign managed to collect a commendable total of 73 bags of liquid love, highlighting the success of the blood donation drive. Through the combined efforts of SSSGAM Taman Daya, Lions Club JB Centennial, and the enthusiastic and supportive donors, the campaign made a substantial contribution to the blood bank supply in Johor Bahru.
