Indonesia - Rice Surprise By Yogyakarta Sai Centre
Swami's children of Yogyakarta Sai Centre distributed rice to the hardcore poor at Gunung Kidul which is located about 2km from Yogyakarta in conjunction with Swami's 96th birthday. The villagers here live by eating their local food which is almost the same as sweet potato crackers. As such it is an extraordinary happiness when they get to consume white rice once in a while. Each person gets 4 kg of rice which can be eaten by a small family for 15 to 20 days.
